news Well, only about 18 months after setting this page up, here it is, my first ever post!
I'm currently, like most of the country, in lockdown due to Covid 19. I'm in the 'clinically vulnerable' category, so I'm shielding for the foreseeable future.
As schools and museums are closed, all my work has dried up for now. I'm hoping to be back in action in September for what is usually my busiest term!
I miss working, miss the fabulous people I meet, teachers, students, curators, archaeologists, groups of all sorts.
While I'm in lockdown, I'm taking the time to revamp some of the equipment I use for my Experience Days. I'm making some new clothes and reading a LOT of books!
Last week I did an online talk through Zoom with a pagan group who were meeting (virtually) It was certainly a new experience for this technophobe, but it went well. If you'd like a similar talk for your group, then please let me know.
On my FB page www.facebook.com/travellersthroughtime I'm doing my usual updates on the world's archaeology news, but hoping to add a few 'how to' videos for you to follow along with, covering some of the ancient crafts I practise.
